Its top roller do vertical lift at the center symmetry position of bottom rollers through screw transmission, two bottom rollers rotating provide torque for rolling plate, through joggle of output gear of gear reducer and bottom rollers. The machine needs other assistant equipment for pre-bend plate end.

The upper roller of the machine make vertical lifting movements at symmetry place of two bottem rollers center, through hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acting on piston pole, it is hydraulic transmission; Two bottem rollers make rotation movements , motor join bottem roller through gear reducer and universal chain coupler , provide touque for rolling plate machine plate ; There are many sets of support rolers in the space from upper roller to bottem rollers , which can improve rigidity of bottem roller , enables vertical adjustment ; On the top of the upper roller , there is a rigid beam . There are many sets of support rollers in the space from beam to the upper roller , which can improve rigidity of upper roller . The rolling plate machine suit for making wide arc type work picec .
